Analysis Tips
- Hot zones (clusters of points) = areas of strong user interest. Make sure key CTAs are placed nearby.
- Navigation clicks show whether users follow the intended paths.
- CTA clicks provide a quick check on the visibility and appeal of key actions (submit, add to cart, etc.).
- If a button gets few clicks despite looking important, check its position, contrast, and wording.
Common Questions
- Why are the points slightly misaligned?
This can happen due to caching or dynamically loaded elements. Reload the Details page or temporarily disable aggressive caching for more accurate alignment. - Why are there no points at all?
