Behavior & Heatmap plugin not showing any views or clicks
Hi,
I installed the Behavior & Heatmap plugin a few hours ago and tried testing it in Incognito mode, like the instructions said. But I don’t see any views or clicks — nothing is showing up or updating in the dashboard.
Can you please help me figure out what’s wrong?

Hi,
During testing, we’ve seen a few cases where views and clicks don’t appear right after installing the plugin.
Most often, this happens because tracking for certain custom post types (CPT) wasn’t automatically enabled. You can check and enable them on the Settings page of the plugin.
Another possible reason is caching. If your site uses popular caching plugins, you can temporarily clear them by clicking the Reset All Caches button in the B&H admin bar menu — this usually helps in most cases.
However, if you have server-side caching configured (for example, through your hosting provider — often used to speed up pages or improve SEO), it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to fully refresh.
